At Tycrom we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your items will arrive.
1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT) may be processed the following business day.

During periods of high demand (sales, promotions, holidays), processing times may take up to 3–4 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)
We offer one shipping option within the UK:

Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, but we work closely with our couriers to ensure your order arrives on time.
3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s website or via the link provided in your email.
4. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

Customs inspections (for international orders)
If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide updated tracking information.
5. Missing or Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please check with your neighbours, household members, or local delivery office.

If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us within 7 business days of the stated delivery date so we can open an investigation with the courier.

Please note: We are not responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong address if the shipping information was entered incorrectly at checkout.
6. Split Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, some orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

There are no extra charges for split shipments.
7. Holidays & Peak Periods
During busy seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing your orders early to avoid delays.
8. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. If you realise you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately, we can update it only if your order has not yet been shipped.
